Are your products dishwasher or microwave safe?

Arzberg porcelain is usually dishwasher safe / microwave safe.<br />
Deviations may appear due to special decorations, platin or gold ornamentations. (For more info see product details)

Is there an Arzberg availability guarantee?

Arzberg does not grant an availibilty guarantee. Our oldest form (Form 1382) has been sold for 75 years now. If a form will be discontinued, you will be informed via email, if you subscribed for our newsletter.

The registration to the Arzberg Onlineshop does not work

Please check if you typed your e-mail address correctly. Did you maybe use a different e-mail address in the past? Is the password correct? You need at least a 6-digit combination of letters and numbers. Possible letters are upper and/or lower case A-Z, and the numbers 0-9.

I forgot my password. How will I get a new password?

Please click "Sign in", located in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Click on the link ”Forgot password“ and enter your e-mail address. We will send an e-mail with a link to reset the password to your inbox.

How do I change my password?

Please log in and go to your account by clicking your name in the upper left hand corner of your screen. You will find the menu “Change password“. Please put in your old password, enter your new password and confirm the new password. The new password must have at least a 6-digit letter/number combination.

How do I change my billing and/or shipping address?

In your account you’ll find the option “Update your profile”. You will be able to change the billing address and shipping adress.

How do I delete my customer account?

Please use the contact form to notify our customer service of your wish to discontinue your account.
